This company is selling water filters for GE refrigerators. The product is packaged the same and has GE information stamped on the filter. You cannot use these filters because GE waters filters apparently have a chip in the filter and will not allow you to use a filter without that chip. These replacement filters do not include this chip rendering them useless. You get an error message on your refrigerator.
