This product claims to sell humain hair wig- hence a bigger price. I paid $245 & instead received a synthetic wig - that would normally only be ($30). Not only is it not human hair but it is also completely different than the picture. It’s clear the picture they used was stolen from someone else or not their product.

On their website it says if theres a quality issue/wrong product received they will give a full refund and THEY will pay the shipping costs back.

Once I emailed them, they gave me so much push back. Once they finally agreed to a refund, they said I would have to pay shipping & they don’t have return labels?? Aka they never intend on paying the cost of refunds/shipping
