I have purchased products from this company through their website and they made a promise that the products were authentic but when they arrived they were cheap replicas. The original products come from the company Popmart which puts authenticity QR codes on their boxes. When I checked the codes they were confirmed to be inauthentic. I have contacted the seller multiple times and they refuse to answer me or to be held accountable. I don’t think this seller should be allowed to further scam customers but selling them fake products for hugely inflated prices. The seller promised that the products were 100% authentic and sourced from reliable suppliers. The seller also promised that the product were rigorously checked for authenticity and if they were not authentic the seller would replace them. The seller has completely stopped replying to my emails since i contacted them about these products being fake. I have lost a large chunk of money because of this.
