I was parking in a lot nearby Chase Field for the November Nights show. A parking attendant (wore a yellow vest) directed me where to park and charged me $40 in cash. Two weeks later I received a Notice Fee from Parking Revenue Recovery Services stating that I was parked on private property. The Notice Fee was $92 and there is no way for me to dispute it because I did not receive a receipt. The parking lot was full so many others were also scammed by the “parking attendant”.
