In case you do not want a replacement, we would like to give you a 15% refund on this current order and you can keep it to give away or resell.
Note: The address in the label is not our return warehouse. We are not responsible for a refund if the customer returns to that address.
My response was I wanted the full refund. They then told me:
Kindly note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. To be honest, optioning to return will buy you more time of waiting, potential delays and high freight shipping costs. Therefore, this is the final solution I offer you if we can not meet any better deal.
In my attempts to find out a better solution for you, I have worked this case again with the manager and the good news is that she agreed with my solution of a 35% refund if you are willing to keep this item. What do you think?
I still have not received a return label or even an address to return them. After reading others, I see they require sending them over seas (at my expense.) Seems they like to change their tune after charging my card. Stay Away from this Scam.
