I ordered a mobility chair and I have not received it. I got a notice that it was delivered but the merchandise never came. I contacted Affirm who made the payment and now they also want to collect from me even though I have provided them with proof that the item was never received. Affirm state that the vendor needs to cancel and refund the payment. However, they can reverse the payment they did. I check the UPS tracking number and I get a NO FOUND for the tracking number. I try finding them with the FL Corporation and they are a NONE registered business in the state of FL. These people are stealing from the consumer and Affirm can not help.

I ordered a mobility scooter and maybe a week later a cane was delivered to front porch. i waited another week or so and the scooter never came. i got to looking on the email sent and it said that it was delivered. A cane was delivered but not the scooter. i sent an email and 5 days later i got a response they would look into it. So another week passes and i call them. i wait 45 minutes on hold and finally someone picks up they give me a ticket number and said they would look into it. Here its been six weeks and no one has reached out to make things right. Thank You.
