I placed an order on what I thought was a Taylor Swift website which is now down it states for the holiday. I paid $150 for merchandise for my granddaughter that never arrived. There is no phone number to call only an email which I did. It went back and forth for days. They at one point offered compensation of a t shirt that I would have to pay $20 for shipping! Nothing in their replies makes sense.

You can check the mailbox or front door first, or ask your family and neighbors, they may collect it for you.
