While scanning my Pinterest account I noticed and clicked on advertisement for clearance sale at LL Bean. The sight used official looking LL Bean logo and items listed for sale were actual items sold by LL Bean. I placed an order the received a fraud inquiry from the issuer of my credit card.

Further, when I received order confirmation email the sender was not LL Bean. " Rather, "clfileserver" is sender identity.

I have reported issue to my card issuer and trying to cancel charges made to my bank account.

I am contacting you to try to help others avoid being victimized by the same scam website I encountered.

In November 2024, I purchased two items online from a business that purports to be located in Delaware, and which I now believe is a scam website. The company's website is givenchysale.com, and it states that the business has an address in Dover, Delaware.

My credit card was charged for the two transactions I made at the website, but I have never received the items that I ordered.

I have contacted the Customer Support email address ([email protected]) listed on the company's website and called the telephone number (855-788-0081) also given there.

The telephone number rolls to an automated recording indicating that the call cannot go through. My emails to the support email address have gone unanswered.

I believe the website is a scam. I am contacting your office to warn others. In searching online, I unfortunately have found multiple other statements from those who say they also were scammed by the stie within the past month. Here is a direct link to the Trustpilot site where consumers have reported getting scammed by the site: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.givenchysale.com

My total loss on the site is about $109. If you multiply that out by the number of consumers who are reporting being scammed by the site, the losses are adding up quickly.

Counterfeit website taking listings from Ebay and selling at a fraction of the cost. Also using website name dfeef.com and www.migadeals.com

i saw an ad on facebook for hey dudes shoes sale. i clicked and purchased 2 pairs. after i paid, i had a second thought and went online and found that they were using a highly scammed website address. i used the jessie email address to ask for it to be canceled, it had already charged my credit card. they asked for order number and email address. i responded. a few days later they sent me a tracking number, and so i thought okay maybe i will get what i purchased. 2 days ago the tracking showed it being delivered in CA, and i live in DE. i emailed them and sent a screenshot of the tracking info. i resent it yesterday. i have received no response and the website seems to have been taken down and i cant view the tracking now.

Placed order 7/4/23 on what I thought to be bed, bath & beyond in amt $51.99. Not certain if more was taken or identity stolen yet. Site presented as prudencei, shop, order #00307955. Prices were tempting and I feel stupid for accepting. Please stop so that others may not fall for this scam
