It was brought to my attention by a potential customer that a scammer has stolen my name of business to create a fake website selling classic cars. They are using my business name, business address. We have had well over a hundred people calling or coming to my business upset because they are under the impression I own these cars listed on this website. Many say they have been talking to the salesman named "Charlie" who wants a deposit to hold these cars. In researching In used Google to trace the cars. They are all from other classic car dealerships across the United States.
I do not have a website and none of my cars have ever been listed online.
I made a police report with our local sheriff. (Wayne County Ohio). I was told by them it is a "Phishing Scam" .
I also contacted Google (most of the customers look up my business which lists mu personal home address and phone number) and Facebook (some of the cars listed on website are also showing in private groups) to try to have fake information and website removed as well as the domain website with no avaiil. ( Domain Host is Hostinger.com).
The URL of this fake website is https://countryclassicsauto.com.
I would appreciate any help you can provide to get these people shut down.
