Ward Cater, owner of Country Greenery is a scammer. He approached me to run SEO for his business, and promised he would pay $500/month base payment + performance bonus based on % sales growth in SEO. He started running late on his payments back in December, and would give me the run around about sending it (but really not). He promised multiple times he would send payments, or that "he tried to", and then just not. After 3 months, multiple texts, emails, and phone calls, he has still not paid.
