A female “Darla Martinez” claimed to be from “CPS” later given as “County process service” asking for my birth name (I legally changed my name several years ago). She said there was a civil complaint against me and tried to verify some information. She knew my birthdate. She also said there was an attempt to serve papers and she mentioned an address that I used to live at. Unfortunately, I gave my new name at the beginning of the call, but that’s all I gave. At the end of the call, she told me to call the firm, “Glenmore and Associates” at 844-681-0898 and to reference case#2024-86680. A google search produced no such name or phone number. An ex-boyfriend from years ago said he got a call not much later that same day asking for information about me from someone with the same story.
