Official letter in the mail to send $89.00. I sent them a check and then later saw on line that it was a scam.I immediately Stop check at my bank which cost me $32.00.Why can't the FBI CLOSE THEM DOWN...WHY IS THE GOVERNMENT ALLOWING THIS TO CONTINUE. OH MY GOD.

I received a notice of a "deed transfer fee" from this company in the mail. My wife's name was incorrect on the document, and there was no phone number or website offered. I also haven't attempted a deed transfer. Complete scam. BEWARE!

Received a letter with incorrect info about the deed to the property we own in St. Petersburg, Florida and was told I could get a record of the deed for $89 and asked for my credit card number. In very small print it says "not affiliated with the county and is not being made by an agency or government". But, it is very small print and they are selling copies of the deed for $89 that are available from the County for $3.
