The attached letter was mailed to me from CountyLandRecords.com stating I am a new property owner. To obtain a copy of the recorded deed, please detached the bottom portion of the letter and return it with a check or money order for $98 to county Land Records, LLC at PO Box 10106, Tampa, Fl 33679. See attached is the front and back of the letter.
