I kept seeing ads for what seemed to be a dating app called "Coupled". I clicked on it and it walked me through several prompts where I was asked questions about my dating style. I will admit--some of the questions I felt were not relevant to dating in my opinion but it seemed valid enough so I continued. At the end, it ask if you would like to sign up for a subscription and offered a $55.00 discount for 7 days. I paid the requested $5.00 and it sent me a pdf (which i have since deleted). I went to my email to look for the confirmation/welcome email/receipt but nothing was received. I thought this was very strange. I took to Google to find info about this dating site.....nothing. I even searched the name provided on my bank statement "coupled.love new castle DE".....nothing. This is when I realized that I was likely scammed.

I did not provide any personal information other than my debit card information. I am perusing my statements right now to ensure no other charges.
