In looking at your account, I can see that our security systems detected what they deem to be unnatural account activities and subsequently attempted to verify your account. Because these systems were unable to successfully verify certain aspects of your account, it has been flagged for a manual verification and moved to our Account Services Team, where it can be reviewed and unfrozen.

While we are unable to discuss the details of how exactly our security systems work, pursuant to the CouponCabin Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to on Jun. 10, 2018 at 10:09 AM when creating your account, and which you most recently reconfirmed your acknowledgment of on Mar. 13, 2022 at 3:01 PM, "...in certain instances you may be required to provide additional information to CouponCabin, including documentary information, as necessary in the sole and exclusive discretion of CouponCabin. Such documentary information may include but is not limited to state-issued drivers licenses or other government-issued photo identification documents, and/or utility bills or other proof of residency documents."
In order to reopen your account, can you please send us a picture (no scans or copies) of the front and back of a State-issued drivers license/photo ID card showing the name you listed on your CouponCabin account and your current address which we will add to your CouponCabin account. Please know that this verification information will not, in any way, be saved, shared or used for any purpose other than this account verification and that once your account has been reviewed, all documents will be permanently deleted.
If your State-issued drivers license/ID card does not show your current address, please ALSO include a copy or picture of any major utility bill from the last 90 days showing your current mailing address which, again, will be added to your account. Please know that once your account has been fully verified through these and any needed further steps, which typically takes less than a day, your account will once again be able to earn cash back and access all the great benefits of the CouponCabin cash back program.
Please note that while this verification process is pending, your account will be “frozen” and will not be eligible to earn cash back. Accordingly, any subsequent clicks or transactions made before this verification process is completed (and your account is fully verified and reactivated) will not be credited to your account and will be considered forfeited. Transactions made by your account prior to its freezing will post as normal. These purchases will be displayed in your account once your account is fully verified and unfrozen.

I never had an issue with this site, however they locked my account, and can not cash my earned rewards. They refuse to explain why was account was locked. No other reward company asks for verification information.
I seeing a pattern of similar issues with this company on ScamPulse.com site.
