Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
On their website there is a contact form that I filled out with a question/complaint. When I tried submitting the form, it told me I had to enter a "Captcha Code" in order to submit it. There was no where for me to enter a "Captcha Code" (strike 1). So no one can submit anything to them via website.
I scrolled down and found an email address that says to contact them if there are any issues. I did so, but immediately received a reply that the email address was "undelivered" because it is not a real email (strike 2).
I then found a phone number to contact them, and I tried calling it. Before the phone even rings, I get a "Call rejected" response (strike 3).
There is absolutely no way to get in touch with them, and they are advertising coupons on their website that we did NOT authorize. They claim on their website that their coupons are "100% accurate", which is completely false and frustrating.
I went onto their facebook page and sent them a message there, but haven't heard back yet. There is a post on there from someone saying that the website is a scam and the same thing happened to her. There were coupons on their website that she did not authorize.
