I purchased 2 sugar glider babies from a breeder in Oklahoma Oklahoma Friday august 16th for my 30th birthday present . I was charged $150 for flight and courier service to deliver to my home in northern Michigan. I received a tracking number and website to track my purchase on www.couriershippers.com 12 hrs after my animals were supposedly shipped I recieved a text message from the number on the courier shippers website on sat August 17th telling me I needed to either purchase a temperature regulated crate to transport my gliders for $900 or rent one for $950 and I would be refunded upon the arrival of my babies. I paid the 950 thru my zelle account and recieved updated tracking they had gone from Oklahoma to Missouri I was told to be at home on Sunday August 18th by 10:45 to sign for my animals and for my refund of 950. On sunday morning I was told I would be able to track them by location as soon as they crossed the boarder of michigan. Around 10am I went home to wait for my delivery and it did not show up. I tracked it and they were in independence, Missouri and that they had been put on another hold due to 2 gliders being shipped and needing a 2nd temp. Crate. I then got a text from the courier service I asked them why they were able to travel in one crate from Oklahoma to Missouri but now they needed 2. I was told that Oklahoma's pet inspection didnt catch that there were 2 gliders even though my packaging details specifically says 2 sugar gliders and cage. I told them I didnt have another 950 he texted me back telling me that they had borrowed money From his wife and that he had 550 if I could pay the 400 IF I PROMISED TO PAY HIM BACK upon the delivery of my babies he then asked for the payment thru zelle. This was also where my orginal payment to the breeder was thru as well as the 1st $950 for the crate I then ask him how i would recieve my refund, he then sent me a picture of a white envelope with his scribble bearly legible hand writing that said for me to only open and for it to be opened at my home address with my delivery. I told him I did not have any money but that I wanted proof that my babies were healthy and safe something that had a time stamp on it. I got the response of "I dont have to give you anymore proof than what I already have"

Then I got threated with that if I abandon the babies it is a crime and he Hope's that they dont get quarantined. On Monday I got a response telling me that I would not recieve my delivery I asked if I could drive down to their facility and get the babies myself and my refund. The breeder had told me that I would be able to do that. I asked multiple times for a location and address so I could drive To get them and I was never answered.there is no main address or alternative phone number to call on this website other than the one I was already calling. I then asked why I was unable to see any of my tracking information and he came back with " you are ridiculous, I cant believe you blocked the shipment details from me, I feel like I am wasting my time with you client!!" So monday 8/19 I asked for my refund back of the orginal 950 I paid for the first crate, I told him he was able to send the money back thru my zelle account. He told me that if I paid $200 and gave him the closest airport, and my.perosnal info that he would personally Express fly them and then I would drive to the airport and drive a "nanny van" with the crates back to my house and then at the return of the van I would receive my refund. I told him that I was not able to do any money at all and that if he was not able to get them to me the way they were or if he wasnt going to give me the location of where they were so I could come get them that I would contact the breeder and they could go back to them and that I wanted my refund. He came back with a flat out NO, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR REFUND! I Asked why and he said because it was cash in an envelope that has already been sealed and it is against their policy to open them and put them back into an account that I am the only one who is allowed to open it and it has to be opened at my address upon delivery. So I asked again if I could come pick them up and he has told me no that they were already in quarantine and that now I would have to pay 500 to get them out and the 950 for the other crate in full. I told him.why would he think I could do that if I couldnt even pay for another crate. I demanded my money back and told him I knew he was scamming me and that he is a horrible person. I have not heard anything back since. I know I was scammed and these people did not care one bit. No agent no matter who it is is going to say that they borrowed money from.their wife to help you pay for a crate, or tell you to lie to your back about processing funds faster and without tax if I say it's for medical expense for my grandma. I just cant beleive this happened to me and now my bank cant do anything to get my money back, my account has been frozen, im.out 1500, and I wont trust anyone anymore. So to everyone out there don't buy pets or anything from anyone that isn't able to send you proofs or actual documents if you get a little bit of an off feeling your probably right.

He gave me 2 different emails and I read another story from someone about this courier and said the name juilis which made me think I'm pretty sure it's the same person.
