Coursera placed a free trial with promise of earned certificate or refund. I cancelled after free trial and changed jobs, and did not complete any courses. I cancelled online. They have been charging my account $49 per month since October 2023. They have taken $735 from me. I was forced to cancel my debit card. I didn't want to do that because of all the linked payments that I have to established businesses. I have called the number numerous times and unsubscribed numerous times and they just took another $49 out of my account Dec 2024. No one returns emails or phone calls. Do not trust this company
