Had a company call my mother and threaten to send police to my house because a family member has a warrant for his arrest. Does not live at my house. Never even lived at my address. They said they would come and locate him at our address to arrest him. They claimed they have contacted us several times and left a voicemail. They claimed that the voicemail was their last legal warning. Called from a local number and gave a completely different number to call back. The numbers seem to be either disconnected or blocked. I’ve called at different times of the day to verify their validity. The first time I called them, they answered right away. I asked for their business name and location which they said was a court summons agency and that they are unable to give out their location. The next 7 times I called, no one answered. I got a message saying the number was temporarily unavailable. It’s been like that for 3 days. The other number just keeps ringing.
