SCAM!!!

The site advertised $1 so it charged me $1 then immediately after, it charged me $24.95. I was like wtf but I needed to see if I had a judicial lien on me for bankruptcy so I kept going and pulled my own personal "court records" The record was completely blank! It said it couldn't find my number, address, court records, license records, absolutely nothing! So I called the number and the person that answered said they would get my refund then hung up quickly! I called again and a different guy said I could email the department responsible for that so he said to email [email protected] I asked "what records?" he responded "o sorry I thought you said vehicle records. You need to email [email protected]" I said I wasn't wanting a divorce either. I need my court records! His reply was " Ill give your information to them and they'll get back with you" And got off the phone. This site is bull[censored]

I accessed the Court Records free site. It clearly said a dollar for one quick search. I did not see anything there about signing up for anything else. My card was immediately charged for the dollar & also for 24.95. I tried their chat....all automated. I am afraid to call the number given ( 833-535-1493). I emailed but it came back as undeliverable. The "report" was totally blank also.

On the charge it says peoplecheck.com. No service, unauthorized charges.

My credit union says they cannot stop a pending transaction but that I may dispute it after it posts. Not happy with this site at all!
