I contacted the seller on October 6, 2022 to inquire how to purchase hair from her. She told me the price for everything. I sent her $500 from a bank account in then additional $80 from my cash app account. During our conversation on instagram she stated I would receive my hair in a week. I stated to her I just needed it by my birthday which was Nov 27th. It never received it. She still kept telling me I have to wait. So for several weeks up until today I still have not received my hair product. She still telling me I have to wait several more weeks before I receive my hair and I asked for a refund. She’s refusing to refund me and she’s also keep prolonging when she will give me a hair. After waiting since October for hair to never arrive I no longer want to do business with her.
