On 4.14.16 I provided one Mr. Demarcus Hill with a $100 deposit to secure a ride to a concert that was scheduled for 7.31.16. The agreement was that Mr. Hill was going to provide a ride to and from a local concert taking place here in Birmingham in a luxury vehicle (Bentley). Mr. Hill provided pictures of the vehicle that he would be escorting me and my spouse in and he said that he would drive us to and from the concert. On 7.29.16 I provided Mr. Hill with another $100 payment to secure our transportation to and from the concert in the said stated "Bentley". On 7.31.16 Mr. Hill arrived at my residence to transport my spouse and I to the concert, however, he showed up in an outdated Lexus in which I refused to ride to the concert in. Since that time, Mr. Hill has yet to refund my money. Currently Mr. Hill has received $200 from me and my family for services he did not render and refuses to refund my money.
