I saw the site advertised on Instagram. The prices were low but not VERY low, I ordered about 5 things for $113. I needed them about two or three weeks later for a vacation, and I never got a shipping update after placing the order. So I contacted the customer service email listed on the confirmation email about a week after ordering and they stated (after I emailed THEM) that they didn't have one of the things in the size I needed and asked if I'd be ok switching sizes and splitting the order so the other items could go ahead and be shipped. At first I said sure, then, when it was apparent the items wouldn't be in on time for my trip, I requested to cancel the order. They stated they'd already paid for shipping, but hadn't sent the second package yet, so they would deduct the cost of shipping from the refund and refund me $33. I still haven't received that refund. The other items came in two weeks after my trip, so I attempted to return them and they won't let me, stating the cost of shipping "wouldn't be worth it". They offered me 20% off my next order, but I won't be ordering with this company again and would just like a refund for the items I never received as well as for the items I want to return, $113 total. All of the emails are clearly translated using software because the English is broken, but I've had decent experiences with SHEIN and Temu, so I thought this would be fine, too. Unfortunately, I looked at reviews for the site after my order, and they all said they wish they could give the company zero stars or less, describing experiences very similar to mine. I don't even want the items, I will gladly give them back to the company- they're still in the bags they were shipped in. I just want my money back.

I purchased a dress and a coverup from Coveshe.com. After waiting 3 weeks for the item to ship, I contacted their customer service team to cancel my order. I have been arguing back and for the for the past 8 days where the customer service team has either ‘needed more information’ (with all information given in the thread), tried to offer me similar options, offer discounts, or just straight up ignore my emails. I do not believe they even plan to send the items at all and are just hoping I give up. This has been an incredibly infuriating experience and I can’t believe I fell for a stupid scam.
