Received a Package of 4 COVID Tests Unsolicited

I have just rec'd a package of 4 COVID Tests from a company I've never heard of - a Google Search for the company had no results other than a Facebook page with contact info for a website that doesn't exist. The label on the package shows "EZ RZ of Boynton Beach". Searching by the shipping address leads to "GEM Edwards Pharmacy".

SCAM ALERT!!!! On 3/3/2023 I Received four COVID test kits which I never ordered from this company.

On 3/3/2023 I Received four COVID test kits which I never ordered from this company. I could not find where I was billed for these kits.I called their number (888-519-2819) but was told the voice message was full and leave a message/number and they will call back. I attached a picture of one of the test kits. I would like to return these kits back to them but I do not want to pay for the shipping costs.

I WILL THROW AWAY! I'm not thinking about RETURNING anything!
Because it's NOT SAFE to try anything you never ordered! Could be DEADLY to our body!

These people sent me a package and when I opened it, it was 4 covid tests WHICH I NEVER ORDERED. I called them and said I didn't order them, and wanted to return them. It cost ME $5.85 to return these because they didn't/wouldn't issue me a label to return them . I asked the post office people if other people were having the same experience and they said YES. This is a SCAM. I hope you can and will do something to stop these crooks.
