I am 91 years old & my COVID test kits are about to expire, so I ordered them , they are arriving dailey!! I have not opened any of the kits, plan to return with a note that says REFUSED. After I kept receiving these test kits, I checked the company again, there are LOTS of people getting scamed by this company, they are charging our insurance companies , if ins. does not pay, people say they try & collect from them?? It was supposed to be a FREE test kit?? I do not need this stress in my life kits are very expensive per people who HAVE received a bill. I am so new that has not happened to me YET. I have a call into my Supplemental insurance agent today. No response yet.

Covid test by mail

Billed to MEDICARE

I received my quartly summary from Medicare showing I was being charged for Covid test kits.  I only had one charge that showed on my statement but when I called Medicare, there were nine in since January.

I continue to receive these Covid test kits in the mail with no information enclosed.  Medicare provided me with the information they had which I shared with you.  Yesterday after filing all the information with Better Business and speaking with Medicare, ironically I go to my mailbox and there are more Covid tests..  I do not know how they got my information or how to stop this.  This is so crazy…  Medicare is the one getting scammed.  I need to know what direction I need to go to stop and share my experience.

I want to take this as far as I can to get resolution and to prevent others from being scammed.
