Mars Lab Services sent unsolicited COVID test kits (4) to me and apparently charged to my Medicare account . These were not requested nor needed. Therefore, they may ne scamming the government and charging fees without permission.

Received 4 Covid 19 home test kits in the mail. I didnot order these kits. I have never contacted this company and have not paid them for these test kits. I don't know how they got my name and address so I don't know how they determined I wanted them. This appears to be some sort of medical supply scam.

I did not request the product or tests. I am very concerned about a company that sends out products without the patient's knowledge or approval. This seems like identity theft. Please investigate this and put a stop to it if you can. If you have any other suggestion on how to stop this please let me know.

Received 4 boxes of Covid 19 tests that I did not request in the mail. Recall some time ago that someone called trying to get me to order them, repeatedly told person on phone I did not want them and hung up. Person was very pushy.

Suspect that they are bogus billing Medicare for this.

These guys are bilking medicare by sending useless covid test kits. We have received 24 kits so far. I called their hotline and it was a dead number. These looters are undoubtedly ripping off US taxpayers. I got a separate invoice from Medicare showing that they billed medicare for $139 but no charge to me. This has happened 4 times!!!!!

Somebody needs to tighten things up at medicare which must be run by [censored]s.

I received packages of IndicAid Covid-19 Rapid Antigen At-Home Tests in the mail several times. I did NOT ever order these kits. I have never heard of Mars Lab Services before. I believe that they obtained my name, address, and Medicare info from hackers, or by hacking Medicare or my Medicare supplemental provider. I believe they are billing those providers fraudulently. I am sure that I am not the only one that they are doing this with. I repeat; I have NEVER ordered any Covid-19 tests from them, nor any other place.

The scammer went directly to Medicare and filed a claim for $200 for "Provision of covid-19 test, nonprescription self-administered and self-collected use, fda approved." My wife did not order nor did she receive. This is the same scam, same date, same details done by Care Clinical Labs Inc 4055 Oakton St, Skokie, IL 60076. We already reported the latter to Medicare on 4/26/23. I think if you look at the Mars Lab website it will be clear it is a scam.
