I have been sent repeated emails for vaccine surveys claiming to be from moderna, Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson claiming that if I take the survey I will receive a reward. I went and took their survey and then for the reward I was informed that I would have to pay a shipping fee. I closed it out without giving them my payment information since it's clearly a scam.
