Responded with a text they claim to be transferring me to the right department. At which time in individual answer the phone explaining that he was part of Covington management mediation group who was a third-party vendor hired by personal advance loans to which he exclaimed was a parent company of over 25,000 payday loan businesses. Once I informed him that I had never even heard of the company I supposedly owed, He was quick to tell me that there were 25,000 companies and that there was no way he could narrow it down to one of them but I supposedly old this company money. I quickly began googling the company name while on the phone with him and informed him that there was no business information listed on Covington management group To which he quickly replied we are in the business of receiving bad reviews. Every time I ask him for something in writing that I could review he was quick to remind me that a summons was on the way and once I receive that there was no way I could get out of it and it was best if I worked with him to avoid further legal complications and financial hardships. I informed him His name was ***** ******* supposedly that I would be contacting my lawyer immediately and that he would hear back from me at which time he was sure to remind me that I was on a short timeframe and asked that I call back today.
