Ordered $250 worth of items, never received

I ordered $250 worth of items in November 2022. It is March 2023 and I have not received my purchase or a response from the seller. I tried to allow the seller some grace and patience since they are independent. However, no update after four months is inexcusable.

I ORDRED $150 WORTH OF HATS FROM THIS MAN FROM A SALE THAT WAS BUY ONE GET ONE TOTALING TO 6 HATS ALL TOGETHER MARCH 25TH 2022 ITS NOW APRIL 27TH AND IM STILL HERE WITH NO HATS. THE TRACKING NUMBER WAS FINALLY UPDATED AS "PRE-SHIPMENT INFO SENT TO USPS, USPS AWAITING ITEM" ON APRIL 13TH ... THATS AS FAR AS IT WENT SINCE AND THIS IS AFTER REACHING OUT FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER ON APRIL 11TH. HES A SCAMMER AND I'VE SEEN MANY PEOPLE FLOODING HIS SOCIAL MEDIA WHERE HE POSTS MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT NEW ITEM DROPS AND IGNORES EVERYTHING ELSE. ITS REALLY UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE I LOVE THE BRAND BUT THIS ISN'T COOL PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

I had purchased an item on November 22, 2020 received an order confirmation and the payment was taken out of my account. About two weeks went by and I had yet to receive any tracking information so I contacted the seller multiple times and they told me they were going to ship the item out and never did. After constant reaching out to the seller for months they eventually stopped answering any messages.
