You will recieve your duties online everyday and i will always be online to assist you with any difficulties Your Primary duties include: Preparation of Balance sheets (Mini), account balancing, invoicing recording,proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting database'
Secondary duties:Now, your secondary daily duties would be to report to your Supervisor, who would be attached to you online, He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the Accounting software is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail.

W2 *** you have to forgive my trepidation. this is a highly unusual hiring process in its ease and informal style. how can you trust that i am who i am and who i say to be. i know everything is online but it seems strange that a 70k position be offered and accepted without so much as a video conference.
I have one final question and I will then put this insecurity to bed. please forgive my hesitance and due diligence, however, your name does not come up on *** Enterprises global address list at their corporate HR department, which is strange since you are a hiring manager. can you explain?

Listen you will get to meet someone from the company during your training session *** ok thats fine. but with all due respect, you did not answer my question. im taking a risk here and am in unfamiliar territory. maybe this is the norm now but having worked in a brick and mortor environment for the last few, maybe im a little old school. again, why are you not registered with *** Corporate?

i am *** not according to *** hq hr. you have no presence on social media. no linked-in professional page or anything else whatsoever. your name does not appear on any university of missouri at st. louis archives as far as any honorary doctorate degree at all for any year. not to mention the fact that you wont video chat even though you are using google hangouts and have no such restriction to do so. you effectively do not exist anywhere accept in this particular chat. so you tell me. in fact *** enterprises asked if i wanted to be transfered to their security services department based on the fact that they have NO information on your name. i have declined so far just in case this is legitimate. but so far my own sense of business and personal security does not paint a complete picture for me as to the sincerity of this offer or of you.
certainly a woman of your education, professional backround and philanthropic community involvement would have SOME sort of public face somewhere in social media or at least name noteworthy somewhere either in St. Louis, in Missouri, or at the very least somewhere on the internet. There is a lot of energy being spent by both of us since yesterday and you have given me nothing other that what you chat here. how is that a comfort for any of those involved in this process. niether yourself or any of your counterparts have contacted or conversed with me using any official *** communication platform, only anonymous gmails and hangouts chatting.

Okay *** this check with be verified with the issuer first and cashed with the isuuing bank if i have a local branch. otherwise it will be cashed at a check cashing agency. all transactional receipts will be kept on the check and any despensing of said funds for the software and materials. There will be no direct purchases with the check to any "one" vendor and there will be no deposit or any other associative transactions utilizing my banking.
please know that everything being said here, all written information, documents and transaction information are being copied and saved for my security. if all this is not legitimate, ALL records of all conversations, etc., and all associated information listed above will be brought to the FBI field office located in *** *** and also reported to the corporate security offices of *** Enterprises in ***. I'm not messing around if your offer is fake/scam. If this is legitimate and you decide to rescind your offer based on my reluctance, let me ask you what you would do in my shoes. would you blindly enter into this agreement in this day and age. I've been in the business world front lines for 25 years and I've seen many things. This is certainly not my first rodeo. Have a spectacular day and talk to you soon...
