I saw a puppy advertised on vippuppies.com. On 10/11/2020 I purchased a miniature schnauzer from Denis Cox with www.coxminischnauzers.com. I paid $700 for the puppy and $150 shipping. Ortiz Logistics, the shipping company, contacted me saying the airline was requesting a temperature controlled shipping crate at the cost of $1250.00 that would be refunded to me in total when the puppy arrived. This was not part of the agreement. My bank declined the transaction, advising me it was a scam. I let the company know and they said I could pay in gift cards. I declined. When I contacted Denis he assured me his company was legit and I could pay in gift cards. I did not find this acceptable and declined. I asked for a refund. He agreed to refund the purchase price of $700, but not the $150 that he spent in gift cards???, once his partner Devonne Thompson returned from work. I have not seen a refund to date.
