I have had several charges from cox in large amounts for services which I have not signed up for. I have business and home accounts with cox and they have done this on all accounts, they have ran random charges and tv service which i do not have, I need this to be addressed they ran my card for 198$, 161$, and various amounts different times this has to stop, please fix the issue

Received a call from someone called Sequita about an outstanding balance. She said she was calling on behalf of Cox and that the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce was past due on their account. When the receptionist mentioned the chamber was not past due, the caller became very rude and started yelling demanding payment.
