I ordered back in November 2021. I kept asking when it would be shipped. I kept getting the same response of back log and delay in shipping. I questioned so much that offered me a free second bean bag chair. I was even given a ship date at one point but then there was a "postal mix-up"! Ya, right! I still had not gotten anything so I requested a refund on March 24, 2022 and have not heard anything more. Emails will not go through, so frustrating.

Looks like we've all had the same experience - ordered in October and have continually been told we could get a refund and the order would be shipped out within the next week. Until you're eventually cut off, and never receive a refund. why wasn't this company exposed & shut down?

Purchased a cozy bean in October 2021 as an Xmas present. It is now pretty much May 2022 and still have not received my product. Have emailed back and forth with a women who constantly states they will be sending order out the following week or after the weekend and that I will receive shipping confirmation and tracking which is never sent! They have also stated to let them know if I want a refund which I am sure I will never get. I have threatened to send my lawyer, I have contacted the BBB and asked for the company owner or managers contact info. Once I did that they cut off contact. I recently sent another email stating this was a scam and I would like my money back, my products paid for and the contact Information. Even if you go viral on tik tok it shouldn’t take 7months to receive an order. I will be following up with my lawyer snd the BBB in the next few days.

Refuse to cancel my order and have been delaying it for over three months.

I ordered 3 bean bags from an add from cozybean off of TikTok on Oct. 16 for Christmas presents. I emailed them in November to find out where they were and received a response that they were behind and they would be sent out the next week. I waited a few weeks and never got a tracking number so I again emailed. Again was told sorry for delays but they were back ordered. This went on until I threatened to send all this to the FBI, my lawyer, and the BBB. Then I get a message from a "Julia" claiming to be the owner and she says that it is a huge

demand because of this going viral on TikTok. I have asked for refund but it keeps getting ignored and they keep telling me they will send it in a few weeks, my product.

The website has been leading me on about my purchase and saying that it will ship soon and not allowing me to get a refund, i ordered it in september and have been dragged around, and as soon as i said refund they stopped emailing me back

I saw an ad on tik tok for a bean bag by a company called cozy bean. They offered the bean bag chair for cheap. I thought it was a good buy and actually figured it was from china most likely. I waited two weeks before emailing them to inquire about the whereabouts of my chair. They said they were backed up. I understood and so I waited. Nothing came unfortunately and I decided to email them two weeks later. They kept saying it would be shipped after the weekend. I asked for a refund instead and they kept saying it will be shipping out soon. They also said I should let them know if I preferred a refund. I told them just give me a refund! But then I got an email saying it would be sent out "Monday" and "if you would like a refund, let me know." This is a scam and I’m not the only one out there that they are doing this to.
