Ordered a Hammer bowling bag in September and never received the product. Cozy said it was lost in shipment and had been reordered. I asked for refund since my card had been charged. Cozy said they could refund 70%. They have delayed refund saying dealing with banks across borders is difficult. It wasn’t difficult when my card was charged and I asked them to send a money order in the amount of refund. They ignored that request as well as my comment about being scammed. They are probably located in China and I don’t except a refund. I wanted to file this complaint to alert others about this scam.
