I saw an ad for dog beds. I looked them up on live and they appeared to be legit. I placed my order on 11/27/22 and haven’t received anything not even a response to my emails requesting info. I tried contacting them and affirm which where payments are through. No reply from company.

I ordered something and they told me I would.get a tracking number and I never got it. I emailed them 3 times asking for a tracking number or to see if they could track it for me and I never got a reply.

Ordered a pet bed on 12/10/2022. Order showed shipped but no tracking info. Reached out for tracking info finally received a tracking number through fed ex. Contacted fed ex they stated it was not my tracking number. It was being sent to another person at another address. I also called the 800 number and a very nice guy called back stating he had the number for his business for 20 some years and I needed to contact someone because this was a fraudulent site. I sent several emails with no response. I received email stating my package had been delivered to my front door with a picture. I contacted fed ex and they would not tell me any info as the tracking number I was giving was not registered to me or my address. Picture was not my front door! Tried to reach out again to cozy cove with no luck.

order placed everything seemed fine then no updating of any shipment once in contact they then notify order ready to ship but no tracking given after days nothing shows up delivered back in contact, they then claim waiting for shipper to update still nothing finally when threatened with action against them they send a UPS tracking showing item in PA. enter the tracking through UPS track site and it comes back as invalid contact back to them that it is invalid no response best to stay clear of this site!

I ordered two dog beds on November 29. They sent me an email saying they would send me the tracking number when it ships. I tried to email them at least 4 times. It has been in Order ready status for a very long time and was never sent a tracking number or who the carrier was/is supposed to be. Never have gotten a response and the website says to send them an email and they will respond within 24-48 hours. NOTHING and they have no phone number.
