I purchased a cat bed on the mycozykitty.com website on 4/26/21 for $42.09. On 4/29/21 I received a shipped email with a tracking number. As of 5/25/21 I have not received the merchandise and the tracking number comes up not found. I sent 3 emails to [email protected] and have not received a response. Neither the website nor the Facebook page have an address or phone number listed. The Facebook page has messages posted from people with the same complaint I have, so it appears this website/company is a scam.
