After the 2nd or 3rd email I got an email from them stating my order was held up because the credit card I had used was marked as fraudulent (after 3 weeks? Seriously? Fraud--now that is th epot calling the kettle black) Stupid me for not realizing these jokers do not want to talk to anyone and hide in anonymity. They take your money and do not deliver. It gets even better----they provide a UPS tracking number that is meaningless.
Here's how that works--if you have a UPS account you have a PC that creates an electronic manifest of all your shipments. You enter the recipient name, address etc as if legitimate. This automatically creates the tracking number or a label to be affixed to the package. But the package is never shipped! UPS says updates will be provided once the shipment is in their hands." But it never gets there. CozyModernDecor just steals your money.
They are so good at hiding themselves they are virtual. What state registered to file a complaint with Attorney General for Fraud. This is internet and website fraud at its finest.

I placed the order on Apr 7th, 2020, at 7:40 PM. I received an auto-reply that my order went through successfully at 7:34 PM.
Apr 17th, I received an update email that my product is on its way, and I should receive it in 10-14 business days. When I clicked to view the order, they even gave me a tracking, which never showed the item shipped.
On May 28th, 2020, at 5:03 PM, I emailed Cozy Modern Decor and said: Hello, I still have not received my order and the tracking number you sent me is not working. Can you please update me on the status of my order?
Royce Mendoza from their Customer Support team emailed me the following day May 29th at 7:51 AM and said - Sorry for the inconvenience and delay.
Upon checking, your order is in transit.
Your tracking number is Bla Bla Bla. You may also check it at the link below:

Shipping usually takes 10-14 business days, but due to the current pandemic, shipments have been delayed.

Jun 15th, I follow back up with Royce – It has now been two months and (11) days since I placed my order and I have not seen any progress in the shipment tracking information in the last 15 days. Can you please provide me with an update?
