I bought items online, they arrived over a month later after i filed a complain through PayPal, and what I recieved is not even what i ordered. Furthermore the quality is so low.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

I ordered a Swing July 4th and have not received it, I emailed the company 3x asking for a refund and sent them a copy of my CC proving the purchase. The total was $236.70. I just want my money back!

Placed order whole body vibrational plate $119.99. They took money out of account on 5-25-2020. I finally received product 8/25/2020. HOWEVER it is all in a foreign language and the plug in if NOT AMERICAN either. I emailed them, they said to get an adapter. I emailed back it is a ALL in foreign language- I cant use.
I want to return and refund. I get NO Response.

Cozyfami is a fraud company. I haven't received my order and I have asked for a refund which they haven't done. No communication from Cozyfami.
