I ordered the item on 8/8/24, received a confirmation the order was shipped and the tracking information was to someone else’s order. I contacted them and received a response saying they were refunding 20% of the cost and shipping the item. 20 days later I had to contact them again because still no order, no new tracking info. They sent the same response about refunding 20% of the cost and shipping the item. They sent that same response twice but never provided tracking information or any refund. I requested a full refund on 8/27/24 and there was no refund or response. Now I'm contending with Visa to try to get my money back and they are being uncooperative.
