The photos on this website are stolen from other reputable businesses. The products sent are not the same products in the photos. The clothes sent were very bad polyester copies. not the same color, size or style as described with copied photos from other companies. I have had nothing but problems with the credit card i used in this purchase.

Ordered a track suit, received order confirmation but no shipment/tracking sent. Requested info and refund in two separate emails. No response.

I purchased a sweat set online on 1/30. As of today 2/13/2023, I cannot get in touch with the business through email or phone. No one will answer the phone just voicemail.

Can't get a response to my emails for the status of my order.

This company is a Fraud. I was attempting to order something at Christmas time that was in Oprah's favorites. It somehow redirected me to this website, which appeared to be the correct place. They are ripping off other companies. What I purchased from them was called the "Air Essentials set" and what I received was not what I ordered. A different color, AND a different product that was made very cheaply. It took a month to get to me, and the tracking info told me why as it came direct from China. Then it was in a holding facility here in CA for a long time. Over the last month, I sent plenty of emails to their supposed customer service and never had even one reply. Right there I knew I had been scammed. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail. What it appears they are ripping off is a loungewear set made originally by SPANX. They have what I ordered on their site titled "Air Essentials" as well, and the same photo. So Cozy knit took that photo and put it on their website, but that is not the product I received. No way to contact them, no way to return it. But they sure took my money and makes me nervous that they have my CC info.
