The Nugget Ice Maker you need most Set × 1 was purchased tracking number was sent when mailed 9/19/21 1 month after purchase. I continue to send emails requesting total refund since it is now almost March 2022. These people continue to tell me to be patient after 7 months waiting on this purchase. I always research before a purchase but failed to on this item.

I ordered the ice nugget maker on September 14th. It is now almost November and all I've gotten from them was numerous emails saying wait a few more days. Here's a question. I got an email from them with a tracking number. I tracked the product and it supposedly ended up in Los Angeles in the Mail Recovery station. It was said that it can't be delivered or returned. Has anyone else had that experience? I'm so disappointed. I was looking forward to showing off my ice maker ?

Same. Bought electric ice maker $40 received a $1 ice tray.
I remake them asking for either the correct item or a refund.
They said they could only refund $8.50 and if I wanted a full refund I needed to return the ice tray to China.

Same experience as the others. Spent 28.00 for a Nugget ice maker and got an ice tray and when I emailed them they offered a 5.00 refund. So basically I spent 23.00 for an ice tray.

Ordered ice machine and received a cheap ice tray. Paid 28.98 and was ripped of some cheap less than a $1.00 plastic junk . False advertising and fraud scam!

Found the advertisement on Instagram for ice cube maker. The small crushable ice. They had a gd price on it. Ordered and 3 weeks later received nothing but a ice tray. The usps person stated they left it in the mailbox surely a ice maker machine would fit in a mailbox . Turns out it was just a small ice tray inside the envelope

I purchased an Automatic Nugget Ice Machine that was supposed to be an automatic and electric machine that makes little nuggets of ice for around 25 dollars on sale. There were many pictures of the product that shows it to be a machine made with metal and plastic and has a clear tank. But I was delivered an Ice Tray instead, not the product whatsoever. When I asked for a refund they offered for me to keep it and take 5 dollars, then it went up to 8.5 saying I would have to send it to china and pay for shipping back and it could get lost.

I was looking for a portable ice maker for my wife’s birthday. She loves the small ice, that some restaurants serve in their drinks. Cozyluver showed an ice maker, on sale, that was exactly what I was looking for. It was on sale and looked perfect. I ordered it, they sent me an email instantly telling me when it would get here. When they told me it would be anywhere from 10 to 20 days, I realized it was coming from overseas. When I looked further into the company, i found out they didn’t have a phone number or anyway to contact them other than an email. I emailed several times asking questions about when my item would arrive and never got a response. I used the tracking number they gave me and all it ever said, was that it was stuck in customs. Then finally today the tracking number said it was going to be delivered today. When it got here I knew something was wrong because it was in my mailbox. They sent me an ice cube trey that made small ice cubes… Now with no address or any way to get ahold of them, I am stuck with a crappy little ice cube trey.

Cozyluver is a Hugh scam….
