Website listed a novelty 2020 Christmas ornament that illustrated the year as a dumpster fire. My husband ordered it and the order was confirmed and a shipping date mentioned. A tracking number was to follow. Two weeks later, an email came stating the item was not "perfect" and was being replaced; then the shipment was held up in customs due to error in paperwork, then it was supposedly on its way and the carrier (DHL) would send tracking information. In the meantime we receive daily emails from "Alex" encouraging us to order more items and use our VIP discount. It's been over a month, and still no order. Fortunately, we are only out a small amount. Be warned online shoppers. This outfit is a total 2020 dumpster fire company. Avoid them.

I placed an order for 3 2020 Christmas ornaments after seeing a sponsored ad on facebook at the beginning of December. Despite making the purchase on washingoal.com, the paypal payment went to a company called Cozyzon. I was told the money would not leave my account until the order was processed, the money was taken the next day and I still don't have my product over a month later. I never received the tracking number they said I would get when it shipped. I contacted support, and received an email from a third company, Shelby Brothers Inc., the name on the email was Yutani Easynfunny. I was told my product had been shipped, but would take much longer than planned. I was told a tracking number would be sent to me in a couple days. It did not arrive. I reached out to support again and have not heard back.

I placed an order on Apr 16, 2020 22:06:05 PDT

I have not received my item and have emailed them about the order and a tracking number and no response back and still to date 05/18/2020 have still not received my item

Scam artist. No merchandise, no reply , they ghost you and never respond but take your money. Get a pay pal receipt from purchase and never hear from them again
