I ordered 1 blue & 1 green ornament; 2 green ones showed up. I asked them to email a free return shipping label so I could mail back the 2nd green ornament & they could mail me the blue one I was supposed to have received (or they could refund me the amount for the blue one if there were none left). Their only reply was offering me 20% off coupon to buy something else from their website. I followed up 3 more times over a 3-4 week period with no further response from the company.
