Mi hijo los contacto pues había un cachorro de nombre Charlie Golden Retriver,el costo $500,después dijeron que $250 para el envío pues vivo en TX y supuestamente el perrito estaba en NY,eso era todo lo que había que pagar,después de pagar eso salieron que hacía falta como $900 y algo por que un seguro y que era rembolsable,reembolsable, le envío y después que $800 y algo para una jaula especial que da calor, dijimos que no y dijeron que no nos podían regresar el dinero del seguro pues no completaron el envío,ok se le envío el dinero y supuestamente enviaron el perrito pero en vez de para TX para Mississippi y entonces salieron que $1200 más para un certificado de to no se que,hay si dijimos que no que ya no más pues no mandan ninguna prueba creíble ni fueron claro con los costos y yo vivo en TX no en Mississippi que eso no es mi culpa y hasta ahí la estafa y entonces no me van a devolver ningún $ y amenazando con abogados por dejar un animal votado, le dije que yo lo recogía en persona y no quisieron,así que saquen ustedes sus conclusiones,son una estafa y la dirección de ka supuesta dueña ,lo que hay es un pequeño negocio

After sending them the $970 via Western Union for the "pet insurance" policy, they said they would ship the dogs the following Monday. The following Monday came and when the shipment was not showing as having taken off, I inquired of them again. They came back with this email:
Dear client,
We have done the insurance cover but it's for one dog. The money you pay is for one puppy not two. You are requested to pay another insurance cover for another puppy.
Used the same info to make the payment for the other puppy via Western Union.

I fired back and told them that I was NOT sending them any more money as the original email clearly stated both dogs' names & the flight manifest listed 2 items in the shipment. They refused to send the dogs without more money. When I came back with the fact that they made the mistake, they said "It's too risky to ship the dogs with just one insurance cover." I told them to just send one dog then and we would call it good. They ghosted me as did the "breeder" of the dogs.

The agency contacted us to say they had our puppy and we needed to purchase a "95% refundable" pet insurance policy for $980 to be paid via Zelle. After hours of waiting for an update they tried to get an additional $1790 for Pet City Permit and immunization package, even though the breeder said all immunizations were up to date. We offered to pay with a charge card (as we no longer trusted Zelle) and they refused. They threatened to file animal abuse complaints against us. Threatening emails only stopped when we said we were contacting a lawyer.
