I only wanted one bottle ordered, but they took money out for 6, which was about $250.00. I tried to cancel on line but was informed that I had to wait until the product arrived, then take it post office and get a tracking number in order to send it back. So I did all that, they have had the product since April. As of this date I have NOT received my refund. I call them on a daily basis and I get the same run around everyday. They keep telling me I have to wait 2-3 weeks for a refund. There never seems to be a supervisor around and they tell me that I cannot talk to upper management, because they are not allowed to call them.
