This business is online only. I looked through their contact us information and FAQ information. There is no way to contact them other than email/facebook. I ordered a product from their website 1 month ago. The expected shipping timeframe was 3 - 7 business days and the arrival time was no more than 21 days. CPKEJI requested I download the Shop app on my phone to track the progress of my order. Using Shop app I found the order was never confirmed and was never sent for delivery. I started to investigate and learned there were many people having the same issue. I learned this from the CPKEJI facebook page. I would like a refund or for the product to be delivered. If CPKEJI is unable to do so, I would like for them to stop advertising the product and received a refund. If that cant be done, the business needs to shutdown completely before they take anyone else's money.
