The alleged HR Manager is Kelly Thomas, phone number 646-797-3141, email: [email protected]. This is the only contact person and number that I have. I have never met anyone in person, but I accepted this position because I wanted part-time work at home. I believe it to be an honest company because they do have a website http://lienz-logistic.com on the Internet, and it appears legit.
The job intel’s receiving packages of clothing/shoes, checking items for any damages, receiving a shipping label, and mailing them off in a timely manner. December 20, 2021, sent me a message through their website portal and informed me that I had been promoted to Order Management Specialist. I had no idea this would intel using my personally identifiable information to obtain a business in my name and an IRS EIN for a business account.
I received PDF documents through the Lienz Logistic portal for LLC Annex A-C “job description” to sign. I signed it, but nothing in the paperwork that I understood stated they would use my identifiable information to obtain a business in my name in the State of New York or get an IRS EIN for a business account.
On December 12, 2021, Kelly sent me PDF documents that include:
1. State of New York, Department of State, Certificate of Status
2. Letter from IRS Department of Treasure EIN assigned to ASCK LLC, Cheryl Kinder, 13922 Woodson Park Dr., Apt 835, Houston, TX 77044.
3. Articles of Organization of ASCK LLC Under Section 203 of the Limited Liability Company Law
4. State of New York, Department of State, ASCK LLC, File Number 221221002044 indicated that it has been compared with the original document in the custody of the Secretary of State and that the copy is true and copy of the said original.
5. Filing Receipt – New York State Department of State Division of Corporations, State Records and Uniform Comm
I am a victim of an employment SCAM and Identity theft. I did not authorize anyone to obtain a business in my name in the State of New York. Please VOID and destroy any business associated with my name: ASCK LLC, Cheryl Kinder, 13922 Woodson Park Dr., Houston, TX.
