I was called by a 'representative' of the company claiming to be a recruiter after they found my resume online. The conversation started with the usual -- expected position, desired salary -- then diverted to what 'benefits' I had such as a 401-K. Such questions are not part of the normal recruiter conversation so I immediately put a stop to the questioning. I was then set a link to their website which is geared to advertise their employment offerings; after investigating this company further (and finding them listed, along with six other names this business has operated under) I realized this was nothing but a scam to get access to any financial vehicles I may have.
