Claimed he owned CR contracting. Claimed he was licensed. Did inferior work on roof and never came back to pick up all the debris from the work he did. Did not perform job as stated in contract. Would text me about coming back to complete the job, pick up the debris and never show up. Threatened to come with sheriff because I let people know about what happened. The work was done in my home in Rochester, NY. Threatening texts. He is now scamming another person who contacted me through Facebook.
