I went to this website looking to buy a chow chow puppy, and he called me right back & talked to me for a few days, seemed pretty convincing, but demanded I pay in an unsecure way, but had a really convincing argument as to why. He would not give me any videos or information about the puppies until I paid because he said he was afraid of being scammed, and that does happen to breeders. I ended up paying him securely $400 on Venmo, and he got mad and at this point he said his Venmo account was frozen and he wanted me to send $450 more to a different Venmo account. At that point I was like no way. I got in contact with Venmo customer service. They said his account was not frozen and that he withdrew the money so I did file a claim on that $400. I cannot imagine how many people he has ripped off. I have a contract he wrote and gave it to me, I doubt his address is correct and I doubt he's operating out of Colorado, so sad to see people ripping people off like this. Our dog recently passed, and I was trying to buy a puppy for our kids, and he knew that, who could do such a thing to kids, he made them all cry.
